Alexander Drape
Director, Clovelly Cars
Alex started selling cars from the house at 17 and moved to a small unit not far away, working 7 days a week to try and grow and progress himself. Over the years, Alex has navigated the motor trade with impressive skill, Alex is never scared to take a risk in order to grow the business. However he always analyses a strategic move before committing.
Emma is Head of Consumer Compliance for Hendy Group, and plays a critical role in customer operations, responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, customer centric approach and an embedded culture of compliance. Her recent appointment to Head up the department sees her as the youngest female member of the Senior Leadership Team, a fantastic achievement at just 31 years old.
Emma has been a constant leader - adapting, remaining agile, facing challenge head on, supporting customers and colleagues alike.
Qamar Arshad
Sales & Admin, motoroo
Qamar Arshad came to UK in 2020 as an international student and completed his Masters degree in Cyber Security. He was working side by side in a chain of coffee shops where he excelled in customer service and running day to day operations of coffee shops. Within 6 months he became supervisor from a team member position. Qamar Arshad joined motoroo in August 2022. He got the ability to learn anything and implement what he learnt in the best possible way and now he is running as an admin officer.
He is the backbone of admin and sales at our small dealership under 100 cars. He is very hard working, honest and dedicated individual.
Rob Harvey
Marketing Manager, Bridge Classic Cars
Since Rob first joined Bridge Classic Cars almost 2 years ago, he has helped take the business to another level he has made the business visible to more than double the audience we had when he arrived.
Rob has been creating an opportunity for Bridge Classic Cars to be a sustainable business in the future. He has done lots of work based on synthetic fuels.
William Sibley
Junior Sales Executive, Redgate Lodge
William started with Redgate Lodge part time at the age of 15 when he was still at school, he would work on a Sunday 10am – 4pm where he would support the sales team, tidying up, answering the phone, helping with paperwork etc.
William started from the bottom up and has gained immediate vast knowledge when it comes to car preparation and presentation.
William now aged 20 is our Junior Sales Executive, he has been top salesman once out of the last three months. His value added product penetration is always over 100% and achieved 160% in one month.
